Like all great ideas, Boiler & Company started out on the back of a napkin. The two founders were keen to create an elevated version of a typical restaurant with a bar.
They combined their love for deep, full-bodied beverages with a bucketload of creativity. Showing gendered flavours like beer, coffee and whiskey in ways not seen before.
The craft of its mixologists, famed chef and bold approach to flavour were bound to put it on the culinary map. But, first, it needed someone to put all that juiciness into words…
